To assist individuals and families who are in crisis or transition and are disconnected from their support systems by providing specialized passenger assistance.

Volunteer Needs:

• Our volunteer staff provides information about the airport, the surrounding area (New Jersey/New York), flight information, directions, etc.
• Travelers Aid Volunteers are eager to help passengers who have been unable to connect with the party meeting them.
• Sometimes this assistance is given by making an announcement over the public address system.
• At other times phone calls are made to locate a driver, a business associate or family member.
• Our volunteers receive free parking and a meal voucher for each 5-hour volunteer shift.
